I’m not sure I buy this, but Miley Cyrus is reportedly in discussions to file for Emancipation from her parents. The reason? Justin Gaston.

Miley is looking into declaring emancipation so that she can have total control over her career, finances, and decisions, two tabloids are claiming.

Star Magazine reports that Billy Ray Cyrus is having reservations about Justin and thinks he’s a bit of mooch. “He doesn’t want him taking advantage of Miley,” an unidentified source close to the Cyruses tells Star.

Miley was in tears after her dad ordered her to stop seeing Justin. “She’s totally crazy about him and isn’t letting him go anywhere,” the insider says of Miley’s feelings for Justin.

“Miley told her dad to back off. She is sick of him trying to hold her down, and feels she is old enough to make her own decisions.”

Tour the Cyrus Family Farm!

Miley Cyrus smiles wide as she and and papa Billy Ray take us on a private tour of their family farm in Nashville, Tenn.

The video, which is a bonus feature on the Season One DVD of Hannah Montana, follows the father-daughter pair as they recall some of their greatest memories of the farm.

Billy Ray shared of his famous daughter, “Every place out on the farm, she had a name for it. Like the big rock down there is the Snake Rock and Stairway to Heaven is where the moss is. Buckeyeland is where all the buckeyes are. Every place had a name.”

Miley Cyrus swung by Ellen yesterday to promote her new movie, Bolt. Here’s the full video of her interview Ellen wants to delve into those rumors about Miley being dead and whether or not she’s dating Justin (which we’ve seen before)!) Ellen also asks if Miley has a hard time trusting new people in her life. “I love having a bunch of friends,” Miley says. But she says there are very few people she can trust to talk to and not have it leave the room - and two of those are her parents! Miley also talks about her Disneyland birthday party and how she got to stay until the wee hours of the morning riding rides and chatting with Katy Perry!

According to Star Magazine, Miley Cyrus’ relationship with Justin Gaston is coming in between her and Hannah Montana co-star Emily Osment. Sources say Miley has been very distant with Emily.

“Things are so chilly between Miley and Emily, icicles form every time they have to speak to each other,” a source told the magazine.

I’ve heard this rumor before. Do you think it’s true?

Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Justin Gaston spend the day shopping together at Best Buy in Los Angeles on Monday.

The 15-year-old popstar just returned from her European promo tour for sophomore CD Breakout yesterday. While in Paris, Miley, performed 7 Things and added at the end of her song, “I still hate you.” The hit song is rumored to be about ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Justin, 20, dressed up as Nick Jonas for Halloween this past Friday.
